ISO 50001 is the new global energy standard, developed to improve energy management systems and increase efficiency.

ISO 50001 describes a structured set of processes that significantly reduce energy consumption and can easily be integrated with other management systems such as ISO 9001. ISO 50001 was created in a collaborative effort by a multitude of countries and valuable experts in energy management systems.
