World Center for Certification & Quality had participated in the Hofex 2011 from 11th to 14th May 2011 at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre with our stand number at Hall 1A-E (1A-609).
More than 1,800 exhibitors and 32,000 visitors came to Hofex to enjoy the exhibition. It is a valuable opportunities to communicate with each other. A number of exciting events and activities had been planned in the exhibition, including Regional Hotel General Managers Forum, National Wine Day, Asian Hospitality Technology Education Conference etc. Fortunately, World Center for Certification & Quality has been invited to be the speaker in Event Marketplace to share the knowledge in the new trend and challenges in food safety management system.
During this exhibition, World Center for Certification & Quality introduced a series of food safety management systems including HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, GMP, BRC/IFS and Total Network Services Certification (TNC) as well. TNC is a customized certification service for a company having central distribution / production centers and huge or fast growing retail network is a newly invented certification service from France. It is aimed at providing regular verification and inspection against with a tailor made criteria related to the following aspects at both central operation and outlet services together.
• Food Safety along the whole process of cooperation to retails
• Services Quality for internal customers and external customers
• Communication
• Environment design, establishment and monitoring
• Material planning system modeling
• Personnel Health & Safety within cooperation to retails
• Scientific analysis e.g. laboratory testing etc

A 45-minute technical seminar, the Trend of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Worldwide, was delivered by Ms. Evelyne Mazaleyrat who is GGP Food Asia Manager to provide an overview and application of the international FSMS standards. Views and ideas regarding to certification services provided by WCCQ were shared and discussed during this exhibition.
