Description
This is a two-day Internal Auditor Training Course, will provide essential knowledge and skills to perform audits of quality management systems in area of automatic sector. This course is designed for those delegates are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO/TS 16949.
Learning Outcomes
To understand the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009 requirements;
To learn and utilize essential audit techniques and skills in planning, executing and reporting the internal audit; and
To develop the internal audit procedure for managing the internal audit programme;

What to look for in Policy and Planning;
Audit Techniques;
What to look for in Implementation and Operation;
What to look for in Checking and Corrective Action;
Report writing workshop; and
Practical Exercises and Feedback
Participants
Person in charge of establishing and implementing ISO/TS 16949;
Person is responsible for auditing;
Person wishes be trained as ISO/TS 16949:2009 internal auditors; and/or
Person is seeking for learning essential knowledge in quality management control in automobile industry
Pre-requisites
Familiarity with the structure and requirements in ISO/TS 16949 is the ideal prerequisite would be beneficial
