Description
Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement, which is seeking to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. This is a one-day training course, to provide the definition of Six Sigma and outline process improvement, variability, process performance, and any specific areas covered in Six Sigma.
