Description
This is a 1 day workshop about PRP & OPRP/HACCP Plan development based on ISO22000.
Case is used to lead participants to recognised PRP required. Beverage manufacture case/workshop is used to help participants learn how to develop the OPRP / HACCP Plan as well documentation & records required.

Develop the ability to establish, document, implement and maintain HACCP / OPRP plan & PRP.

- Content of PRP mainly focused on food Manufacturing, catering and transportation & storage..
- Process to develop, document, valid HACCP / OPRP Plan.
Pre-requisites
Have basic understanding about FSMS is preferred but not essential.
Participants
- HACCP team members.
- Managers & supervisor of quality, production & food safety in food Industries.
Qualification awarded
Participants who successfully complete the training, they can gain “Certificate of Attendance” which issued by World Center for Certification & Quality Certification Hong Kong Limited.
Learning method
Mixture of lectures, workshops, case study and interact discussion.
