Description
This course enables participants to provide delegates clear understanding of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as specified in ISO 22000:2018.This course is designed for those delegates are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an ISO 22000Food Safety Management system.
Course Outcome
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of ISO 22000;
Awareness of the skills and resources necessary to successfully implement and register a food safety management system;
Main key steps towards successful certification; and
World Center for Certification & Quality Interpretations of the standard
Content
An introduction to food safety management systems;
Major concerns raised by implementing ISO 22000 will be addressed with “best in class” solutions for implementation and operation requirements;
Hands-on food safety hazards analysis; and
Registration fundamentals and auditor expectations
Participants
Person in charge of FSMS;
Person in charge of establishing and implementing FSMS; and/or
Person who want to get an overview of ISO 22000:2018
Pre-requisites
Familiarity with the structure and requirements of FSMS would be useful, but not essential
