Description
- This is a 2 days training to prepare participant to carry out internal audit and/or supplier audit based on ISO22000 or similar standards.
- Participant will learn about the administrative aspect of the audit process; skills of planning, preparing and conducting an audit as well as handling difficult situations.
- Audit principals and attributes would also be covered in this course.

Develop the ability of individual to conduct FSMS internal audit & supplier audit.

Pre-requisites
- Have basic understanding and experience of ISO22000.

- Managers & supervisor of quality, production & food safety in food Industries.
Qualification awarded
Participants who successfully complete the training, they can gain “Certificate of Attendance” which issued by World Center for Certification & Quality Certification Hong Kong Limited.

Mixture of lectures, workshops, case study and interact discussion.
